Ope, the place was decent for a quick stay. The AC worked nice and cold, which was great 'cause it was hot outside. Location was just a hop away from stores, but the place could use a little sprucing up. A bit of noise from the neighbors was a bummer, too.

I faced multiple issues during my stay at this motel. the bathroom door hinge was broken, making it difficult to use and creating an uncomfortable situation. Additionally, there was a severe lack of cleanliness, with no extra toilet paper provided and no water glasses in the restroom. To add to the discomfort, I encountered loose dogs running in the hallways, which startled me and my wife. Lastly, the front desk clerk was not very friendly, which added to the overall negative experience.

Had a great stay with friends! The location is perfect for the nightlife and shopping near the Missouri River. We caught an awesome concert at the Orpheum Theater and enjoyed the chill atmosphere around the entertainment district. Breakfast was solid, and we appreciated the clean environment. Definitely recommend checking out nearby golfing and other area activities if you have time!
